Your First Visit
Scheduling your first visit is easy! Just request an appointment online or give us a call, and we'll typically get you in within a few business days. Once you arrive, our Office Manager, Ashley, will greet you personally at the front desk, and one of our dental assistants will bring you to the treatment room. There, they’ll discuss why you came in and take any necessary photos and X-rays. Next, Dr. Carlotto will meet with you to review your records and walk through a personalized treatment plan. Before you leave, Ashley will go over your options for fees and payment, so you’ll have a clear idea of what to expect going forward.
Patient Forms
To make your first visit as smooth as possible, we'll text your new patient paperwork directly to your phone once your appointment is scheduled. This way, you can fill it out at your convenience before you arrive, and you'll be ready to go the moment you walk through our doors!
We Work with Dental Insurances
While we're not in-network with any specific insurance plan, that doesn't mean we can’t help you make your coverage count. Our team is happy to look into your available benefits and submit claims to your insurance on your behalf, so you can take advantage of whatever you have. Every plan is different, so the best way to know exactly what's covered is to give us a call. We'll be happy to walk you through every detail before your first visit.
