We think a great experience starts before you sit in the chair. Our team will always greet you at the door and remember your name; it’s just courteous. Ashley McEvoy, our Office Manager, will keep every part of your visit running smoothly, from scheduling to insurance questions. Meanwhile, our dental assistants, Athena and Ganna, will help prepare you for your appointment. Together, our small team works to make sure every patient feels genuinely welcome at our Newton orthodontic office.
Ashley, Office Manager
Ashley brings over a decade of experience in the dental field, having spent most of that time specifically working in an orthodontic practice. She loves being a part of patients’ smile journeys and seeing them gain confidence and feel better about their smiles throughout treatment.
From Newton, Ashley is married to Dr. Carlotto, and together, they have two cats and a rescue dog. She grew up in Bellingham, Massachusetts, where her family still resides. In her free time, Ashley enjoys being outdoors and spending time with friends and their dog. Reality TV is a guilty pleasure, and her version of a spa day is going to TJ Maxx and browsing the aisles while listening to her favorite podcast, Armchair Experts! An interesting fact about Ashley is that she grew up dancing and spent years in the studio, where she learned discipline, teamwork, and the importance of a confident smile!
Athena, Dental Assistant
Athena loves getting to know patients and work with them every day. She earned her dental radiology certificate from Boston University and attended Fisher College.
From Boston, Athena’s family includes her three older brothers and her cat, Bugs. In her free time, she enjoys painting, reading, going out to eat, and traveling. An interesting fact about Athena is that her birthday is on Pie Day (3.14)!
Anna, Dental Assistant
Anna has well over a decade of experience in the dental field. In fact, she has been a practicing general dentist in Ukraine (where she attended university) since 2012 and has had her dental assistant license since 2023. The best thing about her job is taking care of patients!
From Ukraine, Anna is married with a daughter and dog. Both her father and brother are dentists. In her free time, she enjoys shopping, eating out, playing with her dog, cooking, and traveling. An interesting fact about Anna is that she’s very open-minded.
